Frequently asked questions

Is the sample-file review free?

An initial compatibility review is intended to determine fit and next steps. If the request requires extensive method development, data repair, or custom engineering, KYCIS will define that scope before work begins.

Does submitting the form subscribe me to marketing emails?

No. The qualification request and KYCIS Updates are separate. Updates are optional and require confirmation through a second email; they can be unsubscribed from at any time.

Can GC Reader support another CDS or export format?
